IVL Sports Performance will expand our capabilities to offer additional private, small group training, and classes to athletes and adults.

James Parker will be heading our program. He has worked within the strength, conditioning, and fitness industries for nearly a decade. We will offer training for athletes ranging from youth to professional levels, as well as everyday adults who want to evolve into the best versions of themselves. We are excited to offer exercise science knowledge and experience to the IVL players, their families, and the community.

Credentials:

  • USA Weightlifting – Sports Performance Coach

Personal Training & Small Group Training:

Adult Private Training – Hour: $70
Sold in packages of 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24.
Adult Private Training – Half Hour: $45
Sold in packages of 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24.
Adult Small Group Training – Hour: $45
Sold in packages of 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24.
Adult Small Group Training – Half Hour: $30
Sold in packages of 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24.

Sports Performance Classes:

Speed, Agility, & Athleticism – Learn the basics of acceleration, speed, explosiveness, coordination, and mobility. (Ages 10+)

Strength & Conditioning – Learn proper lifting technique, and if appropriate, more advanced movement patterns. Develop a foundation of stability, strength, and explosiveness. (Ages 12+)

Advanced Strength & Speed *COMING SOON* – Maximize strength, speed, and force production through a variety of advanced lifts and plyometrics. (Ages 15+)

Thursday:
  • 5:30PM – 6:30PM Strength & Conditioning
Friday:
  • OFF

Saturday:

  • 10:00AM – 11:00AM Speed, Agility, & Athleticism
  • 11:00AM – 12:00PM Strength & Conditioning
Sports Performance Membership Pricing:
  • Unlimited Classes – $110/Month
  • Limited Classes – $60/Month (8 Classes/Month)
